Due to weather in Philadelphia, Game 3 of the World Series between the Houston Astros and Philadelphia Phillies. Which was originally planned for Monday night, but has been postponed. Tuesday has been set aside for the game. The remainder of the World Series has been delayed by a day due to Monday’s cancellation. The third, fourth, and fifth games will now be played on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Philadelphia. Games 6 and 7, if necessary, will take place in Houston on Saturday and Sunday, with Friday now being a rest day.

The Astros came back to defeat Philadelphia Phillies
The Astros came back to win Game 2 on Saturday by a score of 5-2. Leveling the best-of-seven series at one game each. Game 2 got off to a quick start for Houston as they scored three runs against Zack Wheeler, the Phillies’ starting pitcher. Wheeler pitched for five innings and allowed five runs, four of which were earned.
Then, in the fifth inning, Astros third baseman Alex Bregman smashed a two-run home ball to center field to put the game beyond doubt.
The Philadelphia Phillies overcame a 5-0 deficit to win Game 1 of the series, 6-5, on Friday. J.T.’s home run gave the Phillies the victory. Realmuto quieted a rowdy home crowd in Houston’s Minute Maid Park in the top of the tenth inning. Houston subsequently failed to score to end the game with runners on second and third.
The Astros won 106 games throughout the regular season and advanced to their fourth World Series in six years. The Astros not only defeated the Yankees in the American League Championship Series. But they also defeated the Mariners in the American League Division Series.
The Phillies, who last won the World Series in 2008, are seeking their third championship.
